La Montée Chiche du Sarrat des Taychous est une verticale de 300 m D+ pour une distance de 700 m.  Il s'agit d'un atelier permanent des parcours  trail de la Haute Ariège, situé au départ du col Darques (732m) qui délimite les communes de Verdun et d'Albiès.

L'Arrivée se fait au Sommet du Sarrat des Taychous à 1041m (Verdun / Senconnac / Albiès). Il est donc possible de s'entrainer toute l'année sur ce tracé.
